Riding out of my comfort zone to support kids in need!
Chain Reaction was founded in 2007 by Berrick Wilson after his daughter Milla had a brain haemorrhage when she was 2 days old.
After Milla recovered fully, the experience drove Berrick to do something that would allow people in a similar position to himself to assist sick and hospitalised children. This was the beginning of Chain Reaction.
I have been cycling for over 6 years and have always wanted a serious challenge that not only stretched my abilities as a rider but made a serious contribution to the community. The physical challenge of this event along with its exceptional support to the health and wellbeing of Australian children made this a perfect platform for my energies over the next 6 months.
Your support would mean everything to me as it would for the chosen charities.
Traction - supports young people in need of benevolent relief from sickness, suffering, helplessness, distress misfortune or living with a disability.
White Ribbon Australia - is the world's largest movement engaging men and boys to end men's violence against women and girls, promote gender equality and create new opportunities for men to build positive, healthy and respectful relationships.
Please support me so I can exceed my fundraising goal.
