The 2021 Women's 3 Day Challenge is a 300 kilometre virtual cycling event exclusively for female business leaders to challenge themselves to raise significant funds to support children's charities.
The riders are challenged to cycle 300 kilometres in a 72 hour period. Our online platform will track their progress and provide flexibility for riders to ride individually, with their team or with friends, outside or indoors, making it ideal for these challenging COVID impacted times.
The 2021 Women's 3 Day Challenge has set a fundraising target of $75,000 per team in support of major charity partner, TRACTION and minor partner White Ribbon Australia's 'Breaking the Silence' program.
TRACTION helps young people by providing a welcoming and safe learning environment, meals when needed, opportunities and a place for personal development, access to other support and programs.
- Funds raised from the 2021 Women's 3 Day Challenge, will contribute to capital/infrastructure to support upgrading existing workshops and assist to establish new ones to provide more programs to more children in need.
White Ribbon Australia's 'Breaking the Silence' program supports schools to bring about a commitment to stop violence against women. It builds on existing initiatives to strengthen a culture of respect and equality at all levels of the school community.
- Funds raised from the 2021 Women's 3 Day Challenge, will contribute to placing the 'Breaking the Silence' program into more schools.
