Help me support kids in need
This is the first time I am participating in the Chain Reaction Challenge. I am the Research Manager at The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, and riding as a representative for their community and fundraising initiative - The Common Good.
The Common Good supports research, equipment, and patient care at The Prince Charles Hospital, which is home to one of QLD’s busiest Children’s Emergency Departments with over 33,000 presentations by kids and families each year.
Last year, money raised through the Chain Reaction Brisbane ride helped purchase a paediatric ultrasound machine, which is having amazing impacts at the hospital, increasing efficiency and meaning kids can be treated and diagnosed sooner.
