lex is a senior property and structured finance executive. He works with Gresham Partners' real estate business across equity, debt and advisory. After being forced to retire from rugby, Alex took up riding to help his body recover. Alex rides rain, hail or shine (with a strong preference for shine), no longer races (other than to the coffee shop) and remains most attracted to the sport by the cameraderie of the peloton. This will be Alex's twelfth Chain Reaction - he looks forward to supporting his fellow riders in their efforts to ride and raise money for such worthwhile causes.
